## What is Celestial Nexus?

Divination systems of the world, sourced, then readable.

Celestial Nexus is an encyclopedia of oracles and calendars. Each system is a vault document with sources, a job (Today, Ask, Chart, When, Together, Place, Night), and a clear line between traditional mechanic and our interpretive voice. Where the engine is real, you can get a custom reading in that system.

Culture is a skin. The menu is the job: Today, Ask, Chart, When, Together, Place, Night. Pages are compiled from vault files with Traditional vs Interpretive labeled. A live engine is offered only where a real cast or computation exists.

## What kind of reading do you need?

- [Today](https://www.divinationnexus.com/jobs/today) — What is this day, for me? A Today reading is the energetic weather of this calendar day, spoken in the 12 Inner Alignment Dimensions. It composes day-weather with constitution if birth data exists, and an optional pull only if you ask for one. The default first card is a short Western horoscope-voiced weather line plus a one-card Tarot pull. The date does not become a hexagram. If there is no birth data, the read is general day-weather plus alignment, and we say so.

- [Ask](https://www.divinationnexus.com/jobs/ask) — What about this? An Ask reading answers a question you brought. The engine must match the shape of the question — yes/no, which way, open pattern, omen, or pull — not your ethnicity. The first card is Tarot unless the question is already an omen (name the sign first). After that card lands, exactly one other tradition that can do the same shape may be offered. Trance, possession, and vision are a channel inside Ask, not an eighth menu tile.

- [Chart](https://www.divinationnexus.com/jobs/chart) — Who am I? A Chart reading is constitution: who you are, independent of this Tuesday. Celestial Nexus has no tropical Western natal engine — we will not generate houses or a rising. Chart pages lead with Bazi, Kundli, Zi Wei Dou Shu, a 260-day birth-day, or a name-grid, and they say so without apology. Do not smuggle today’s tithi or a daily card in as if it were personality.

- [When](https://www.divinationnexus.com/jobs/when) — When do I do this? A When reading grades a time, not a personality. Electional almanacs (Panchang, Nakshatras), Qi Men Dun Jia hour-palaces, Liu Yao horary, and calendar hold-days can answer. A fake tropical election from a generated rising is not on the table. The question is an action plus a window; the answer is a timing pick.

- [Together](https://www.divinationnexus.com/jobs/together) — What is this between us? A Together reading is a two-thread bond read. In this catalog the honest engine is Enmusubi. The page says that because the job is thin: we will not invent a synastry house overlay or a second natal file to fill the gap. Two names are the minimum input.

- [Place](https://www.divinationnexus.com/jobs/place) — What about this room / house? A Place reading is spatial: what this room or house does to the person in it. In this catalog the honest engine is Feng Shui. We will not run a birth chart as if it were a floor plan, and we will not invent a second geomancy to pad the menu.

- [Night](https://www.divinationnexus.com/jobs/night) — What did I just dream? A Night reading is a dream-critique or a dream-tablet lookup, depending on the skin. The Western default is Artemidorus’s Oneirocritica (free critique of a remembered dream). Babylonian dream-omens are a keyed tablet, not a personality quiz. Do not add a second cast on the first card; the dream image is already the sign.

Trance, possession, and vision are a channel inside Ask, not an eighth home-screen tile.

Tarot is the on-ramp, not the collection.

## How a reading is built

1. Classify the job and, if Ask, the shape (yes/no, which, open, omen, pull). A small model routes. It does not pick Ifá vs I Ching.
2. First card is Western-familiar (Tarot + horoscope register), unless the job has no honest Western engine. Chart, When, Together, and Place use Bazi or Kundli, Qi Men or Panchang, Enmusubi, Feng Shui — and we say so.
3. Optional real cast or computation. Never a fake hexagram from the date.
4. Spoken in the 12 Inner Alignment Dimensions so layers do not talk past each other.
5. After the card lands, one invitation to another tradition that can do the same shape.

Live engines on the web hub (current and next): Tarot pull; then Liu Yao / I Ching; Afa; Bazi grid; Nakshatra Moon ring. Encyclopedia-only systems (Benge, closed research names, priestly-only) do not get a fake cast.

## What we will not do

- We will not invent unpublished tables.
- We will not run a harm procedure (Benge and kin are documented, not performed).
- We will not fabricate a Western natal house system.
- We mark reconstruction (e.g. Persian fāl) as reconstruction.
- Closed research names stay closed.

There is no tropical Western natal file. “Horoscope” on a first card means register plus an optional pull, not Placidus houses.
