What is Amun Oracle?
The Amun Oracle at Karnak and Thebes is a processional yes/no engine. A question is put to Amun in the form of his sacred statue or bark; the god leaves the temple in procession and answers by motion: forward is assent, backward is disapproval, stillness is rejection. Verdicts were recorded on signed papyrus. A named “golden wand” object is not independently verified; the mechanic is statue and bark motion. Delphi speaks; Amun moves. An omen series reads a sign already given; this oracle elicits an answer.

It is not a tropical Western natal wheel. It is not a fake cast from a date unless the engine is honestly computational. Harm-capable historic verdicts are documented, not performed.
