What is Kiboku?
Kiboku (亀卜) is Japanese turtle-shell pyromancy. A burning cherry twig is applied to a prepared sea-turtle carapace; the cracks are read as kichi (a pass), kyō (a block), or a split the reader must hold. The crack is a material verdict, voiced by the Ise court urabe lineage — not a lot slip and not a birth key. The name Kokkei / 皇儀 is a closed false-positive; this page is kiboku. One shell, one burn, one crack.

What job does it do?
Ask. Epistemic badge: verdict.
What is traditional, and what is our interpretive layer?
Traditional mechanic, tables, and named sources live in the vault file Celestial-Kiboku.md. Interpretive voice — the 12 Inner Alignment Dimensions and the wording of advice — is Celestial Nexus. We do not flatten the two.
What is it not?
It is not a tropical Western natal wheel. It is not a fake cast from a date unless the engine is honestly computational. Harm-capable historic verdicts are documented, not performed.
