What is Tzolkʼin?
The tzolkʼin is the Maya 260-day sacred calendar: 13 numbers times 20 named day-signs. Every day is a unique number plus day-sign pair. The day itself is the sign; there is no separate cast. It is the Mesoamerican calendar-day flagship and the cousin of the Aztec Tonalpohualli. Hold-days are caution, not a verdict on the person. Celestial Nexus locates you by the date on a fixed wheel, then reads what that pair carries.

What is traditional, and what is our interpretive layer?

What is it not?
